Zen Microphoto problem

    I've been having problems with my zen microphoto-whenever I connect it to the computer & open Media explorer it says the device is not connected when it is. I've never had this problem before today. Any advice on how to fix this? it's reallly frustrating as i can't put any new music on it

    Are you trying to connect it through a USB hub? Try a USB socket attatched to the motherboard or try a different socket. If the problem persists, go back to your retailer and, if they have one, speak to their technician and get them to test it in-store.

    Creative generally replace faulty units so if it does need to be sent away, you'll want to have all your music backed up first!
