Sony LCD connected to PC question

    Hi there

I bought a Sony Bravia KLV-S32A10E 32" LCD TV to connect to my Windows MCE box via VGA cable. The combination is great but, the I have one small problem. The screen can display 1366x768, the graphics card can display 1280x768 or 1360x768 (among others). When the graphics card (Sapphire Radeon 9600PRO Advantage 128MB) outputs 1360x768, the TV cuts off the edge and displays 1280x768.

So my question is, how to I get the graphics card to display 1366x768? Or am I always going to be missing 86 pixels?

    Thanks in advance,

    DMC

you can use an app called powerstrip to specify custom resolutions.

    also have a look here:

Check the manual for supported resolutions. It may just be that the screen only supports 1280x720/768. I know some are more fineky than others. Mine prefers 1360x768 rather than 1366 when using the PC Input function.
