    Give me suggestions!

You could always by the Serenity Visual Companion.

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/1845760824/qid=1141121435/sr=2-1/ref=sr_2_3_1/026-0839097-7524452

Or the role playing game, or...

Interesting website. Are their prints of good quality? I hear with things like Cafepress you can see the print outline and such.

Oh, and is there an English version of the website?

there is also the Serenity Zippo Lighter http://www3.tfaw.com/merch/profile.html?cart=6065489659597431&sku=13189

    or the Serenity Ornament http://www.tfaw.com/toys/profile.html?cart=6065489659597431&sku=13420&onefound=T&rf=www.tfaw.com

Then there are the Firefly and Serenity soundtracks, the Serenity Roleplaying book and Serenity trading cards.

I highly recommend the Finding Serenity book.

And lastly http://www.serenityverse.com/shop does an excellent supply of fan made Firefly/Serenity replica and inspired jewellery. She does Zoe's necklace and also some really nice dogtags (some of which I have) and best of all, she doesn't charge for shipping.

I am sure there are more but I can't think of them at the moment

you can see the print outline? I am not sure I understand - does that mean they aren't great quality? Cuz I had been interested in getting one of those cafe press shirts - not really into the blue sun ones.

    I found the quality fine.
I got the blue sun logo imposed onto a grey t-shirt, and I've no issue with how it appears (after 6 months of regular washing, it still looks good).
If you visit some of the fan sites there is a selection of great fan art (if you're not into blue sun logo), which doesn't appear to be copyrighted, that you could have made up. Using this site I liked the fact you can play around with the artword size, where it will sit on the t-shirt.
Re the language question there is a drop down menu at the top of the screen on the right hand side, choose 'English' and it all becomes clear.
As you say cafe express also have a good range...

You could knit a Jayne hat.

There's a free pattern online here:
