distractions are probably as dangerous as pints.
I don't drink and drive ,never have and hope i never will.
But lately i've been using my Ipod when driving and a gps unit.

I actually find myself in a different world ,even though just for a second it can actually take a couple of seconds to readjust to the road in front.

I am aware of this now and don't use both, it's not the controlling of the device thats the problem ,its the critical judgement speed when something bad happens.
