Creating drop down menus

How do you create drop down menus using macromedia? I dont want to use flash as some people may not have access to it it would be much easier and convenient for users a simple vertical bar with drop down to the right is what I am looking to do thanks

Dreamweaver does dropdown menus.

Create a text link, select it, then go to: Behaviours > + > Show Popup menu
You can change the colours, fonts etc.

Also, over 95% of users have flash player now, see:
