    I can't think of another forum to post this in and I know the replies are quick here. Apologies in advance.

    We're on Eircom BB in work. The net access was gone yesterday afternoon and only came back this morning. Since then I've been getting this failed message when I try to send some messages.

    " 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

    Any ideas?

    sounds very much like a mail relaying problem

    check if your work has changed broadband supplier

    you might need to change your SMTP to the new provider's one if that's the case

    ask the IT dept in work


    anyone that's ever changed their ISP (on dialup as well as bb) has probably come across this error at some stage
    using the existing ISP mail server has always sorted for me
