If there was no progress by April he [McGuinness] said the Assembly should be abolished and the two governments should move to implementing the all-Ireland agenda reflected in the Good Friday Agreement.

I'm not 100% on the GFA and all it's bits and bobs, what exactly does this mean?
Does McGuinness want to see the NIA scrapped completely, have its details renegotiated or just cancelled and restarted from scratch (like a re-election)?
And what all-Ireland agenda is he calling to be implemented from the GFA, the cross border bodies etc., or something that we haven't seen yet?
If he does want the NIA scrapped/renegotiated, isn't he singing from the samy hymn sheet as the DUP, ignoring the all-Ireland agenda thing??
