A german seller, total cost ex delivery (19 euro) was €449.95 which is reasonable imho, mainly want it for the camera, the pics on the review sites are just amazing for a mobile, cannot wait!!

guys longfield is buying it from that ebay german seller.the auction is in german and it says it wonot be delievered till its out.and thats june-july.so he wonot have it soon.so i think we should just wait for it to come out 1st as prices now are just a rough estimate.whereas when its realeased then the right price will be out.

Have you paid already,also he does look like he is a alright seller.theres no trust on ebay so you can only be sure once you recieve the phone in you hand.;)

Paid with paypal so not really in any risk, had a dodgy deal once before with someone on ebay and Paypal refunded me no problems and the tosser got booted out so not really worried. If it was one of those cheque or money transfer only ones I'd run a mile!

yes but paypal can be right assholes sometimes.i have had some bad experiences with them.also the UK guy trying to sell the k800 looks really dodgy.so i would stay away.;)

Yep I agree totally about the uk guy, I looked at his history, he's bought get rich quick schemes and had others buy the same from him too, have reported it to ebay. There is no quick way of getting these bar faking being a mobile phone reviewer it seems!!

Regarding Paypal, never had problems with them, suppose it all in the way you deal with em (be prepared!!)

He emailed me to thank for payment , I have a tracking site to check the status of my order etc, but I'll just have to wait for them to be released.

The english guy selling them on ebay is a scam (he's sold junk and get rich schemes only in the past) so not touching that with a bargepole.

I imagine some Jap/Chinese or Korean sellers will be the first to offer them for real on ebay, dunno wheter phones from those markets will work here though ?

has the german seller given you a tracking number already:rolleyes: , so does that mean the phone is sent to you already.
also the chinese etc phones can be used in ireland perfectly but i donot think there will be any warranty on them for europe.its only asian warranty.

Nope, its a tracking site, ie shows wheter its been packaged/dispatched and once dispatched there is a field for the tracking number which obviously isnt generated yet.

Looks the business!, these are going to be as rare as hen's teeth when the come out such is the interest in them..hope i'm not waiting until xmas!
Must say the camera picture quality is a vast improvement on the K750i if the shots posted are anything to go by.

Aparently .....The K800i, K310i and K610i and the P990i , will be released starting from 26th June. As each fone will be released after a gap of like 2 days.

Also SE are confirming dealer orders for the K800i ..:D

You can only guess it's gonna be around the pricing of the K750i when it originally came out or the W800i as that came out ... maybe a bit more? It's a premium phone with 3.2MP camera ...

that seems high, keep us updated if you find a cheaper source.if expansys is selling it that high then i hope that ebay seller sticks to his word by selling it around 450 mark as people would have paid him.;)
