NCT questions

    Hi all,

    I have my first NCT test for the car coming up in a week, I just want to ask a few questions....

    Will these things fail me?

    Windscreen : Slight chip in it.
    Drivers side mirror : crack down the centre, easily noticable.
    Back left door : Wont open from inside.
    Boot door (hatchback) : Sometimes hard to close.

    Doubt it will fail it. If it does the re-test will be free as it's only a visual check to confirm repair (leave it IMO)

    where would I pick up a spare mirror for the wingmirror? i presume if i just put a mirror over the cracked one it will be ok?

    How many days do I have to get something repaired for visual inspection before I have to go back?
