Hi, we have a room to let in Glasnevin. Its a beautiful newly decorated 3 bed house and you'd be sharing with 2 extremely easy going girls.

The room itself is in the front of the house, it's a small double room, (or a large single room), the landlord will change the bed if you want, it's a double at the moment.

There is plenty of parking and the area is safe and quiet with Shops and buses only a 30 second walk away. City center is about a 20 min walk.

Rent is €435 per month and is paid by direct debit. Deposit is €470.

We are meeting people over the next few days so if your interested or have any questions, PM me or call me at 087-4151009.

    Thanks,

    Michelle.

Why is the deposit more than the rent?

When we were moving we we just split the deposit three ways, then afterwards when we drew straws for the rooms we decided that the bigger room should pay more rent.

ok, that doesn't answer the question but ok.

When 3 of us moved in we split the total rent and deposit by three, then afterwards we lowered the rent for the smaller room which means the deposit is higher than the rent.
