Folio Number for site?

Hi, does anyone know who would have the folio number for a particular site (or know where i could get it) to bring to the Land Registry place? I would have imagined the auctioneer selling the site should have it but they are saying they dont! thanks

Hi skywalker, the solicitor acting on behalf of the vendor should have it. Failing that, if you know or can get precise information on who owns the land and the address, call the land registry and they should be able to help you by checking their database. Worked for me.;)
