Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi-Fi Festival acts revealed

    03 Mar 2006

While it's yet to be announced by the promoters, Hot Press can reveal three of the bands set to play the Hi-Fi Festival.

We understand that The Prodigy, The Streets and Faithless will be among the headliners on August 5 and 6 when Belvedere House near Mullingar hosts the inaugural Hi-Fi festival.

Billed as an “indie-dance crossover boutique festival for the iPod generation” – phew! – the 25,000-capacity event is MCD’s riposte to the Aiken/PoD-run Electric Picnic, which takes place a month later in Portlaoise.

So your'e a promoter for this piece of ****?

The whole thing sticks of money and marketing rather than any actual passion or love for the music.
