    A friend of mine from abroad had worked with a Dublin based company. She finished employment in January and went to claim the tax back. Its been nearly 8 weeks and she hasnt received anything in the post at her home in Dublin. Shes back in Germany at he moment and wants me to call them on Monday and ask whats the story. I went on revenue.ie to find out the number to call but dont know which one...

    Could someone point me in the right direction?

    I am not sure about this but I don't think revenue will talk to a third party,she may have to ring herself.

    Revenue take about 2 months to refund this time of year due to all the tax certs and all the people claiming medical expenses etc for 2005. Get your friend to ring soon to check up.

    I had to wait almost 3 months to get my tax back at the end of summer work... Be patient ... Frustrating I know :(
