Is music the only neutral medium in society

    I know music can be influential politically and so on, but it has to be neutral in the sense that everyone understands all music in there own way and no one can tell somebody that they like bach over bush,it's something there mind has to do for themselves?.

    That'd mean it's far from neutral, wouldn't it?

    What someone likes in music depends on context - and that's far from 'neutral'.
