Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm having a problem with this wireless 3Com adapter on my PC. When I boot WinXP up the wireless network icon pops up briefly on the taskbar and then disappears and I can't connect or view my home network. Windows device manager says theres a problem starting the adapter. I've tried unplugging & plugging it and reinstalling the drivers but no joy.

    Thanks for any help.

If you have followed the installation proceedure etc. then, sorry to be so blunt, but if it were me I'd try getting a replacement from Komplett.

try using the windows zero configuration utility. This is available once you install windows xp service pack 2. You can easily start this and unistall your existing 3com software. Let windows handle it instead of the accompanying software. I have found it works very well.

Let me know how u get on?

    Thanks for the replies.

I've tried the adapter on an another PC and it works no problem. However when I try it on this PC - with the 3Com software and without it - it looks for nearby wireless networks, I try to connect to mine, it fails and the wireless taskbar icon disappears. The wireless adapter disappears from the device manager as well. Very strange

Uninstall any drivers 3com software. Restart PC. Reinstall the software.
