Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Couple of interesting videos I happened to find that you might enjoy watching.

You know how a lot of Hollywood actors end up making some weird or obscure ads in Japan (usually for fairly big bucks, which is why they do it! ;) ), which they hope will probably never be seen in the Western world? Well, it seems Jack Bauer's been doing some undercover work in Japan lately on the trail of....... no, not a terrorist, but some kind of juice or energy drink! Check this out!

And Mary Lynn Rajskub, aka Chloe O' Brien, was recently a guest on her namesake Conan O' Brien's show. Actually quite a funny girl with a very droll sense of humour and a deadpan kind of delivery which suits her in a way. A lot different from Chloe, that's for sure! Or, then again, is it?:D Check it out for yourself here:

There is no such thing as a Japanese ad that makes sense. Especially when there are celebreties involved.

The Arnold Schwarzenegger ads are probably the weirdest...

She is a stand up comedian out side of 24. I've seen her before she is decent enough

Yeah, I've seen some of her comedy stuff in the past alright. The 'Girl's Guitar Club' and a short film called 'The Hitman' and some other stuff of hers. And, of course, I remember her from 'The Larry Sanders Show' years ago! :D Occassionally she does come out with the odd nugget or gem which cracks me up but, overall, I've found most of her comedy stuff a bit hit-and-miss, to be honest. Most of it doesn't really appeal to my own sense of humour, I guess, and I don't find it all that funny apart from the odd time. Different strokes for different folks, I suppose, as they say! :D

have to agree with ya aidan, its a hit and miss suitation, however she does come out with crackers as you say and likes the sarcasm, maybe how she got the role of chloe, she plays it well.
