Marantz CD63SE Replacement?

I need to replace a CD63SE which has started skipping and not reading discs. Any suggestions? I would buy a CD 63 KI Signature if they were still available. It would be nice to get a machine that can read MP3 CDs, or DVDs encoded with MP3 files (but I don't particularly want/need a DVD player).
