Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    usually texting stop to the number is supposed to do it. i wouldn't advise you start texting random stuff like stop or unsub to the number though because all the texts cost you money. they're supposed to have unsub details in the texts. quite often the easiest and most convenient way to get rid of them is to change your number

    wapfree.tv says:

    How do I stop the service?
    To unsubscribe text back with STOP to 57502

    Ring your network and report it (usually a call from a network rep carrys more weight). Then get onto Regtel aswell.

    If "stop" doesn't work, they're in breach of RegTel regs.

    Did you try logging into the site with your mobile no, you may need the forgot password link.

    done all that but the thing is the text messages dont give you an option
    to unsubscribe only through their web site.i have emailed them for the past
    10 days and sent numerous texts and according to regtel all texts messages
    must have an option to unsubscribe but as i have said they dont.I have sent an email and will contact vodafone in morning I have not downloaded
    any tones they have sent me and someone musthave subscribed me
    as i never subscribe to any of these sites.
    Thank you all for the info much appreciated.:) ;)

    @Vimes
    RegTel is for issues with premium rate services.
    ComReg deals more broadly with the general electronic communications sector. (afaik)

    @ OP - have a read of http://www.regtel.ie/unsubscribe.php
