    Just wondering, I heard that a lot of places in dublin won't do venoms (or snakebites or vipers whatever you call them) cos it's too dangerous or something. does anyone know how true this is? I've been thinking about getting them done but i just wanna make sure. if places are reluctant does anyone know a good piercer who can do them. I was thinking of trying snakebite and bodyshock to see but if anyone knows you'd save me a few bus trips. Thanx

    I know that snakebite and celestial ring have both done "multiple" piercings in the tounge so I don't see why they wouldn't do it.

    I'm pretty sure bodyshock would do them and snakebite too.
    I was gonna get them done aswell, but I'm still thinking about it.I want to keep my centre tongue piercing,but I think in the end I'll just have a huge lisp or something.

    I was thinking about an off centre tongue piercing but my local piercer said that , since there were 8 seperate muscles on each side of the tongue, that he wouldn't risk it, and doubted that I'd find anyone in Ireland who'd do it...

    Pisses me off cos i want one bad...

    My personal thoughts on them is one the tongue has a very complicated anatomy so i would go sticking needles through it on the sides as it risk severe bleeding and possible nerve damage and two i reckon they could limit mobility on the tongue (i'm open to correction on this one). afaik no one will do them, though paddy in bodyshock has been getting a bit experimental with piercing and such lately so might be worth giving him a shout.

    on a side note anyone know where i can find a girl with them done?

    Yeah, the orbital could never be a long-term thing, and I wouldn't intend it as such, more a special occasions kinda thing, whereas more comfortable jewellery could be used the rest of the time.
