    I am well aware its a mechanism for flushing a toilet, I am look for a brand name and possibly a diagram on how these things work.

    It is a wall mounted hidden cistern, go into an expensive bathroom shop and you will see a good few for sale.

    Hi,

    I agree with CJ, they work much the same as standard cisterns but usually have a panel above them to get access for repair and maintenance.
