I had my first jerk off at day 7, first sex at day 12. no problems, all worked fine. It gets better with time of course, it takes about 6 weeks before everything has 'settled' down to a normal fully healed condition, but that wont stop you doing stuff much earlier.

Either you're being economical with the truth or you're my hero :D took me 3 weeks for sex, then a couple of days later I bled a bit while doing it

Nope, I'm being honest here. I was amazed myself at how quick the healing was. Maybe i was just lucky, maybe it depends on the surgeon or where the scar was placed, the quality of the stitching or your vascular system....i dunno. All I know is i got my oats on day 12 and without damage or trauma.

    All,

Thanks for posting your diaries and answering Q's its been a very interesting (and scary) thread. I believe I may have a problem also. I can’t bring the foreskin past halfway down the head of my penis when fully erect.

Looking at this link I saw earlier in the thread, I believe I’m a CI-8 or CI-9:
    http://www.newforeskin.biz/CI/CIchart.htm#index

CI-9 when erect naturally and a CI-8 is as far as I can pull my foreskin back.

I'm 26 years old and sex has been challenging for me, so much so I’ve let it ruin relationships in the past year and avoided it altogether in the past 2 months so I’m very down over this.

I'm very inexperienced sexually so I’ll need some help verifying what’s real and what’s expected in sex. The only other penis' I have seen are circumcised penis’ in porn so I couldn’t relate. A little background on my situation because this is as much a Personal Issue as a Medical Issue. I suffer from depression, low confidence and social anxiety. Although I’m a good looking lad my anxieties with the lady folk have lead to a very infrequent sex life. Tru years 18-23 I suffered pretty badly only "sleeping" 3 or 4 girls...basically all drunken encounters where I couldn’t get it up, which was mostly due to my anxiety problems.

Anyway fast forward to 24 where I made a conscious effort to sort out my life and force myself out of my comfort zone. I have made tremendous progress in my life, in terms of self confidence and stop feeling sorry for myself. It started with working up the courage to chat to girls and slowly evolved to going on dates to scoring with girls on nights out to eventually bringing them home and "sleeping" with them.

So in the past 12 months I have slept with 6/7 girls on multiple occasions. The first few times my anxiety prevented me from getting it up. The next few times I got hard and put the condom on over my foreskin which was over my head so when I entered the girl I didn’t feel anything and eventually lost the boner (I didn’t know what I was doing). The last couple of times I’ve left the girls try and pull down the foreskin while giving head and I can cum but I’m extremely uncomfortable as the pulling hurts. One girl managed to pull the foreskin past the head when I was 70-80% hard but it hurt and I eventually lost the boner when I saw my full penis head for the first time lol. That was probably more shock than anything!

So as much as I have progressed with my issues in the last two years, I’m at about 70% where I set my goals and everything was looking up and I was eventually starting to put my dark days in the rear view mirror. The sex problems I just presumed were just my anxieties and that I’d eventually become comfortable to perform but that’s looking less the case...and its a major bump in the road and its killing my confidence.

I have an appointment with a GP in two weeks with the sole purpose of getting this looked at. So I want to gather as much info before this appointment as possible before I even talk about surgery.

I have start stretching, I have been trying the last 3 days with no signs of change yet (obviously too early), 15 mins in the morning and evening, which is very time consuming and your supposed to keep this up for two months to see results...I dont think this is going to be v feasible.

I have googled this issue but I’m not seeing great info or getting a lot of misinformation and what appears to be scammers selling miracle products, even most reputable medical sites dont have good info on this issue. There seems to be very little info on stretching techniques and what’s a realistic result. So I have a lot of questions so I’d be extremely grateful if people could take the time to answer or provide me links on useful info.

    1. Most people on this thread seem to have got the snip...how many people were able to solve their problem by stretching? How did they do it? How long did it take to see results? Where did your start on the Foreskin index? And where did u end up after? http://www.newforeskin.biz/CI/CIchart.htm#index

When I’m 100% erect I can get the foreskin down halfway down my head but there is a lot of squeezing of the head. If I look top down on my penis I’d need the foreskin to stretch to 1.5X to 2X its current circumference to fit down over the head, is this amount of stretching of skin realistic without surgery?
I am scared to pulled the foreskin back too hard in case it gets stuck behind the head but those the fact that a girl once pulled the foreskin all the way past the head when I was 70%-80% mean its possible and I’m just to afraid to pull it?

    2. I have seen some alternative methods of stretching online and I wonder as anybody tried them?
    Like http://store.platigosolutions.com/ or http://www.glansie.com/?
Surely there's a mechanical way/device to stretch constantly during the day without having to do it manually twice a day, I’ve seen a lot of scams while googling, so I’m wary.

I also read in a medical forum where I guy was using these plastic ear ring things that hipsters use to make the wholes in their ears stretch and he was using the same on his penis, he showed pictures of it and detailed its success, it’s a total homemade stretching idea.

    3. For people who had surgery, what type was it? And how bad was the foreskin in terms of the foreskin index?
    http://www.newforeskin.biz/CI/CIchart.htm#index
How long before you were walking properly? How long before you did physical activities like running?

Sorry for keep using the Foreskin index, I dont even know if it’s a legit measure but it helps me put my penis in perspective :)

Any help would be much appreciated, as this is messing me up a bit.

I had a Frenuloplasty OP yesterday afternoon. I had a very small Banjo String and retraction of the foreskin was impossible with an erection.

Just before i went into the operating room, the Urologist asked me why i didn't want to get a full circumcision and i told him i didn't want to lose any sensitivity in the glans and would only get a circumcision as a last resort. He said that a circumcision was the best route to go but he would do what i asked for. I was a bit surprised to hear him say this because having extensively researched the pros and cons of getting a Frenuloplasty versus a full circumcision, the general concensus seems to be that a Frenuloplasty will sort the problem in about 80% Of cases and is much less invasive with quicker recovery time.

Anyway, i haven't felt any pain since the OP, can pee and walk normally but i put a picture of Joan Burton on my bedroom wall to ward off any erections :D.

Everything looks the same but i won't be pulling back my foreskin for a few days, just washing the general area everyday and waiting for a few stitches to fall out before testing the waters so to speak. I reckon i'll be able to go the gym on monday and do everything as normal.

For anybody thinking of getting circumcised, don't be hasty and look at your options. Don't let a GP or Urologist talk you into a full circumcision unless they have a compelling reason for opting for the Circ as opposed to a Frenuloplasty.

The Frenulum is a great source of pleasure during intercourse and the foreskin protects the glans and sex is more pleasureable if you are uncut, at least that seems to be the general consensus from the vast amount from feedback that i've read. I'm hoping that in 1 month to 6 weeks i have a normal, fully functioning penis and sex is much much better.

Anybody putting it off (don't), its a really straightforward OP, 15 minutes (Local anasthetic), minimal pain after the OP and back to normal in a few weeks. Seriously, getting a dental Implant was 10 times worse than having the Frenuloplasty.

hey well done you on getting a wee job done :)

I had a Frenuloplasty year before last ... however Im now in position of trying to avert a circumcision....
Frenuloplasty was a success at the time but my foreskin has tightened up over time and Im having trouble again.

I agree 100% though to keep one's options open..I dont want to loose my foreskin so am currently on a course of 'stretching' ;) If this fails its off with foreskin...have deferred my op a couple of months to try strectching...
As for psot Frenuloplasty...in my case all was about 90% healed at 3 weeks and I was back 'at it', gently mind....recovery is very quick...

Zipppy, quick question for you. Its only been 2 days since i had the OP but its as if i haven't even had an operation. Everything looks the same except for the fact that i have stitches. My frenulum still feels tight. Is this normal? Will the foreskin roll back easily once the stitches fall out?

I had an erection this morning but it didn't hurt at all and my foreskin didn't roll back (is this because of the stitches still being in place), infact i could probably masturbate without any discomfort but i'll give it another day or two before testing the waters.

My gut instinct is that my foreskin is not going to roll back on its own when i have an erection after the stitches fall out. Whether i can roll it back comfortably with my hand and keep it back during sex, only time will tell. I'm just praying that i don't have to go back in and get circumsized.

Hmmm..difficult to say....my foreskin always rolled back ..it was just a bit tight..certainly rolled back easier immediately after op..stitches didnt have any impact on that..
I would imagine you should be able to gently roll the foreskin back at this stage...

I think I might get circumcised. My foreskin is so tight that it causes me pain when I get an erection, and only in the past year or so (I'm twenty-three!) have I been able to retract it to wash even when flaccid. One of my cousins is circumcised and seems to have no problems with the ladies, and a housemate of mine at university used to preach on about how much cleaner and better he felt post-circumcision.

The worst part is that when I'm trying to have sex it often just hurts. If I use a condom the pain is minimised, although if when putting the condom on the foreskin is yanked back it can still really hurt, but my girlfriend recently got the mirena coil and so after a session of unprotected sex I'm quite sore. Not in agony, but definitely sore.

Thing is, I'm quite attached to my foreskin, even though it causes me a lot of problems. My girlfriend is also very anti-circumcision (she sees it as a hangover from religion, I think), and even went so far as commenting that it's not a nice procedure. I know that if I decided to go ahead with it she'd support me, but knowing she doesn't like the idea puts me off it even if that's not fair on her. I think she's worried that it will numb me to the point that sex isn't enjoyable, but from what I've read that's not true. I would be a tiny bit less sensitive, but nothing untoward, and it would probably mean I last longer than forty seconds anyway!

no offense, but this is ridiculous. If it's being done, it's being done for medical reasons, nothing to do with religion or aesthetics. If your girlfriend is giving you grief about getting something done that you need done, time to find a new girlfriend mate.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 570 ✭✭✭Count Duckula

Ah no, she's not giving me grief, far from it. I just know she doesn't like the idea (she mentioned it before I ever brought up that I was considering one) and that plays on my mind. As I said, I'm sure she'd support me fully, especially if there was a medical reason for it.

One thing I'd ask of people who have been circumcised as adults (so who haven't had it that way for as long as they can remember): does it hurt for weeks afterwards? I don't mean the scar itself, because I'm sure that heals, but I know that my glans is ridiculously sensitive. If I have my foreskin tugged back and try to get on with my day (which I tried for a while because I was told it would help stretch it out - it didn't), I can't concentrate it's so uncomfortable. I don't mean the stretching itself hurts (although it does), but just the friction of my unprotected head against my underwear. After a circumcision this will obviously be the norm, and so I wondered is it still that uncomfortable or do you get used to it very quickly?

you did say that, sorry, missed it the first time.

I'll say a couple of things, from my experience:
it's not exactly sore, ever. It's more uncomfortable than sore, but nothing worse than say a mild toothache. If you had told me that before I got the op done, I wouldn't have believed you. I have a very low pain threshold, but I never found the recovery painful. I was getting better after a week, much better after two, almost better after three and totally better after four. I went back to work ten days afterwards and never noticed any twinges or pain or anything.

I know exactly what you mean about the unprotected head, that only lasts maybe a week. It's numb in the aftermath, and you can use tighter shorts, etc. For me, right now, I can honestly promise you that it feels no different than before I got the circ - I don't know *how* that can be the case, but I promise, it is.

I'll say again, the circ isn't for everyone, and this thread isn't to "sell" the op, but for me, the only regret I have is that I waited so long and worried about it so long before getting it sorted.

Had a frenuplasty on friday, was done under general anestethic (urologist said he wouldn't do it local for some reason). Went ok and have not rolled back the foreskin fully yet, just letting it heal up best possible and doing the salty water and putting vaseline around the bandage.
Nearly sure I had an erection the last night as I woke up and felt like a sharp pain but fell immediately back to sleep (could have been dreaming).

Doc said it would be 4 weeks until I could have sex which I think is a bit much. To all that had this OP how long did they wait?

  • Registered Users Posts: 73 ✭✭westskipper

having been circumcised 3 months ago as an adult with precisely the same problems as described as above - tight short frenulum and tight foreskin that hurt (even bled slightly sometimes) when retracted fully, i can say that the feeling of freedom is fantastic.
and i also had an incredibly sensitive glans that i could hardly touch when retracted, but now it has desensitised to what is probably 'normal' for most guys, and i dont even notice it rubbing against my shorts anymore. In fact, it had lost its over-sensitivity after 2 or 3 weeks. Such problems with tight frenulum and tight foreskin are a medical problem and should be treated, dont be embarassed or shy, its very common and there is a better way to live than with such problems for life.
I find that despite being anti-circumcision all my life ( i thought it was just a ridiculous idea to chop off your foreskin) i now find that it brings many benefits and i enjoy it immensely. I dont feel that i have lost anything of importance, or any sensations that are necessary for full enjoyment of sex life. In fact, i have discovered a whole new set that i didnt have before. It is certainly not disfigurement or mutilation like some websites suggest, it is a beneficial modification in my own case and i would recommend it.

Just want to start off by thanking all the guys who posted on this thread.I have read through every bit of it & it made me realise that I wasnt the only one out there with this problem. So thanks guys cause without you all I would probably be in the same situation I was in before.

Im 24 & have suffered from phimosis all my life.It has been holding me back for so long because sex was very painful and I even had to go to the doctors when I was a teen because of it.They even suggested circumcision at the time but I think the thought of it scared me so I put if off.But after reading this thread a few months back I eventually plucked up the courage to go for a consultation privately. That was in November 2010 & I had the procedure carried out just 2 days ago.It was carried out using a local anaesthetic (which I was kinda bricking it about because I really wanted a general) but it wasnt that bad really looking back in hindsight. The procedure itself took about 30-40 minutes & I was in & out in an hour. The surgeon was pretty cool & talked to me throughout the whole thing. The first night trying to sleep was a nightmare.I couldnt move too much as the slightest touch off anything would wake me up due to the senitivity & the little fella was abviously still hurting after being through a pretty traumatic experience. So didnt get much sleep at all.Yesterday was ok.Was walking around wearing loose tracksuit bottoms with no underwear. No pain at all just really uncomfortable when moving around & last night the little man kept standing to attention which was pretty uncomfortable as the bandage is still on LOL.Today is a bit better.Still wearing loose trackie bottoms & would recommend anyone else who goes for the op to leave it loose & hanging for the first few days afterwards. The surgeon recommended I leave the bandage on for at least 48-72 hours so ill probably take the bandage off tomorrow while having a salty bath.Ill then be able to have a closer inspection of the little fella to see how hes doing.Ill keep you updated as to how my recovery process is going. If anyone else is in a similar situation then I encourage you to do something about it.Dont be embarrased or shy about it.Get it sorted because it will just eat away at you inside.

+1. No offence Duck, but women don't know anything about circumcisions imo

first of congrats on finally making the brave move to have your issue addressed. It is daunting to have such an intimate and personal issue examined and addressed by others, but as others here have said, you are one of thousands (if not millions), dont think you are alone or weird in any way, there are so many of us out there and the docs have seen it all.

I too would have been a CI #8 or 9 before the snip, but not alone did i have long and tight foreskin, i also suffered from tight and short frenulum, which prevented the full retraction when erect, so i can totally empathise with you. I decided after much research to go directly for a private circumcision rather than just a frenuloplasty op or stretching, and it has worked out pretty well so far (3 months now).

The circ wasnt too 'tight', but was quite high at my request, so i didnt really lose much of the sensitive inner foreskin, in fact it was almost all outer foreskin that was removed. I am now probably a CI 3 or 4. I am happy enough with this, as even though the glans is half covered when soft, the foreskin is loose and retracts perfectly without issue when hard exposing the glans fully. so its not a radical porn star circ, in fact a lot more modest, but now my penis works as it is supposed to without any problems anymore.

Its a much easier operation than you think and you will be back in normal life after a few days, exercising after 2-3 weeks. You will wonder why you waited so long, such is the difference.

truth is, if you cant pull your foreskin back over the head with ease when erect, there is something wrong, that is not normal and you need to have it sorted, whether its the snip or streching. I dont know which is actually better or worse, but as one who got the snip, the snip is a lot less traumatic than you think and the benefits are excellent.

See what the doc says andbe guided by his advice, but if he points you to the snip, dont be afraid, its a very minor inconvenience for just a few days for a much better life afterwards.

CI-9 when erect naturally and a CI-8 is as far as I can pull my foreskin back.

Its been over a week since the op & the little fella seems to be healing quite well but not as quick as id have hoped.Still a lot of sensitivity around the head area & can be sore & irritating when moving around. It is getting very dry looking & the skin is kind of peeling kind of like when sunburn starts to peel & get itchy (sign of healing).Im still walking like john wayne though because the stitches can sometimes get caught in my boxers.

Im thinking the stitches should have completely dissolved by now or maybe im just being impatient.Night time erections are still painful enough with the stitching.Im having salt baths every 48 hours so im hoping that this is peeding up the recovery process.Im just looking forward to everything returning to normal like when I was pre-op.I know this healing takes time & I just hope to be able to turn around a month from now & say it was all worth it.Ill post again in a few days to let you know if things have improved much.

Hi guys, I would like to thank all the posters on this thread as I had my circumcision yesterday and I found great reassurance from reading what happened to other people particularly post circumcision.
Anyways I thought I should put up my experiences from start to finish To Help other blokes if I can.
Like most Blokes most of us put off, or hate getting the auld Gearbox Checked out, so the more information we can gather the better. But it still doesn’t compare to proper medical advice.
This is going to be a long post so I’m going to put it into categories so you can skip ahead if needed. I don’t want to bore anyone to tears.
    Phimosis
I had a cold before xmas and was prescribed antibiotics. I started taking them on the 23/12/10 later that day I felt an itch and had a bit of lump on my Banjo string it felt like I was getting a yeast infection aka Thrush which I had had once before and My doc prescribed a cream and it cured it within a few days. So I just toddled off the chemist as it was xmas eve and didn’t want to go back to doc again. BIG MISTAKE!! Woke up Xmas Day and the top of my foreskin was completely broken with a mucus coming out of my penis. Pretty disgusting and concerning. I went to a 24hour doc clinic on Stephen’s day He told me he thought I had Gonorrhea I nearly died! He gave me another antibiotic and told me to stop using the cream. I had to go back to him the following day to see about getting a different cream for the foreskin which he said oh yeah you might need another cream all right! What an Idiot.
Went back to my own doc a few days later when the returned to service after xmas. He dismissed the Gonorrhea thank God and said the antibiotics I was taking for my cold had actually accelerated my infection. He prescribed me more Creams. He believed the infection was gone but my foreskin was extremely irritated with tiny tares that made peeing extremely painful cause of the Urea. He recommended more cream and to hold out. I was in agony with it still to be honest. So decided to look up on line for cures and tried a hot bath for twice a day with Cider Vinegar and Tea Tree Oil. Within two days the area was healing really well, Have to say I was kind of pissed with my Gp for not recommending this treatment. I’m not Exactly a tree hugger but these natural remedies were really good for me.
Unfortunately though for me the damage was done my infection was so bad I had really bad scarring on the top of my foreskin resulting in me being only able to see the Japs eye. I managed to have my first w**k in six weeks and sex with my wife was different to say the least. We always had a great sex life before any of this. But because I couldn’t retract my foreskin we work a condom when having sex as I was afraid I would rip the foreskin. Also my errections were restrained by my foreskin so when I would cum the orgasm wouldn’t be as intense.
Back to the Doc for a check-up he reckoned I may need a steroid Cream or possibly the dreaded snip. F**k I thought the snip could he be serious.
The Urologist, Getting one, and the Cost
He referred me to the public urologist for my area on a Monday I rang their office on the Friday because I decided that I really need to get this seen to ASAP the secretary told me the urologist hadn’t seen my letter yet and he would decide when I would be seen depending on how serious my letter was. But she would show him and she should know by Monday. So I rang again on Tuesday she basically told me off for ringing again and told me he hadn’t seen my letter yet. I Rang again the following Monday she said he still hadn’t discussed my letter with him and she was pretty rude.
I decided to see a private urologist and had a meeting within two weeks of ringing around. Cost 180 euros at the hermitage Dublin but I believe you can get a cheaper price at the clane private medical centre either or other private hospitals as the hermitage is more expensive. At this stage I had been stretching but really nothing would work.
Went to see urologist with no referral letter!! He examined me and confirmed my worst that I would need a circ however he did not put pressure on me he did offer to prescribe steroid creams but he believed that they wouldn’t cure my condition. I could go public in Beaumont and wait 6 to 9 months or he had a free space in two weeks’ time privately!!! What a Health Service! I have the most basic health insurance and it will only cover 60 per cent of the op so I had to pay €320 for the op.
    The Day of the Chop
Into Hospital at 8.30 bit of paperwork was brought to the day ward at 9am, then into surgery at 10.15. I had General anaesthetic they didn’t actually discuss a local. I came around an hour later with a nurse checking my todger to see if it was bleeding but was grand!! Thank God. Back to sleep for while then got some tea and toast checked out at 5 when my wife collected me.
Slept good last night but am dreading taking off the Bandage which I am going to do in the bath after ive posted this so I Will let you know how I get on!!
Doctor recommended taking off the bandage but not putting on another dressing What do you guys think? Also he said not to put any salt in the bath as it was unnecessary??
Hope Ive been informative and not too boring!!! if anyone wants further details from me please feel free to pm me..

Yeah I got that sunburnt skin peeling thing too, but only because I wore a loose, coarse pair of boxers on say the 8th or 9th day. Have you tried tight fitting jocks to stop the lad from flapping about?
Mine was fine when I wore tight cacks. (not restrictive tight, just snug enough to hold the lad in place)

Regarding the stitches, I found that after about 1 week they started letting go at one end etc and getting caught in the jocks etc - like an upstart on your fingernail.
It wasn't until maybe 3 or 4 weeks when the last little bit came off.
Seemed that they start to disolve real quick but take forever to completely feck off

    Day 3 Post Chop!

Took the bandage off yesterday afternoon in the bath I think ive definately got smaller so not too impressed with that. also on the underside of helmet where the banjo string is looks completely mangled with some serious bruising? Was it like this for you Guys ?

On the good side, not too much pain more like discomfort, went round home with the lad out all day only put him away when the wife came home last night as I didnt want to scare the bejayses out of her! She might never touch it again if she saw the state of it!:pac:

I did that trick that was recomended by Rolf and Nip regarding wrapping it in gause and vaseline before going to bed it worked a treat woke only once with a threatening boner and thought of maggie thatcher naked and that soon quenched it!

Would you guys reccomend a shower or a bath and do you think salt is a big help as my urologist seemed to dismiss it when I asked ?

Bath only, no showers for about 7-10 days....no need for salt, it will slow the healing process.

You will get smaller for a few weeks, but that is only temporary while the healing is continuing. Likewise you will lose some libido for a few weeks, but that returns too.
Have patience, time will correct everything. By one month out, it will be like it never happened. Expect improvement every day.

    Thanks westskipper.

I went to see the my gp last week. He didnt say much because he was honest in saying he didnt know too much on the subject but that he knew that stretching rarely worked and surgery was usually the best solution. So he referred me to a urologist, he said it would take a month or two to setup an appointment so i said it was grand i'd continue with the stretching and see how i got on b4 i met with the Urologist.

At reception, I got an appointment setup for late May with the Urologist. I was suprised the appointment was so late, so i email the doc asking did he have any advise on if i could get an appointment quicker he said he'd get back to me...

So at the weekend i was stretching my foreskin. I can now stretch my foreskin 3/4 down my head when 100% erect which is an improvment on 50% down 2 or so weeks ago. i also practised using condoms with a fleshlight :-o). So when i was 80-90% erect i could pull the foreskin past the head, id put the condom on, use the fleshlight and when 100% erect my head was completely exposed and the foreskin was trapped behind the head, it was a small bit tight but not uncomfortable. The foreskin was stuck behind the head an wouldnt move up tho and wouldnt till i came and lost my erection.

So i think that is good progress. A couple of questions...

Is it dangerous to have the foreskin trapped behind the head like that even tho when flacid i can eventually move the foreskin back into is orginal position.

If this is as far as stretching gets me, is it practical that putting a condom on at 80% erect with the foreskin behind the head then getting 100% erect trapping the foreskin behind the head?

I randomly bumped into a girl i have 'slept' with before on Sat night and she seemed quiet interested, but unfortuanatley i dont like 'like' her so i kinda squashed it and i was also meeting up with somebody else. But now I'm thinking about just meeting up with her next weekend and practising with her...she's a nice girl so i feel like a dick if i do it, but i think i should for my sanity.

Now the real kicker. My doc just emailed me saying he got onto the Urology dept and that i can meet with a Urolgist and have the curcumcision March 18th!!! Thats waaaaay to soon, i'll have to email him back and say can i just meet with the urologist on March 18th and do not do the curcumcision.

Ok, I've been looking into my problem.

Without getting too graphic, essentially what happens with me is that I can retract my foreskin even when erect, but it feels very tight around the frenulum, and it looks like the skin is being pulled taut. I don't think I have tight foreskin per se, I think it's that my frenulum is too short or unforgiving. Sex without a condom hurts, and that's not a good sign.

Given that the frenulum is likely my enemy, would a frenuloplasty be a good idea? Or am I going to have to look at getting a whole circumcision?
