ok.ok..ok prob a very stupid question here ,but....How do i add a quote or tiny pic at the bottom of my posts/replies.... its not my fault i was dropped on me head :D :D

You mean like the image I have beneath my post? That's a "signature", you go to your User CP (up top there) and edit your signature. Putting images into your signature is as more complex matter as you need to make sure that your image is situated on the web somewhere.
