Joking aside it just shows you two sides to the story.
Sale agreed last November. Reservation deposit given. Hunkydorey.
Couple had to change mortgage providers in the process, as they couldn't get life cover with one institute so had to change to another. So that delayed things about a month, as the rigmorole had to be gone through again.
They get the loan offer finally, but don't have the 10% deposit, wtf. They said they'd get the deposit cheque within 3/4 days, that was 2 weeks ago.
Their Solicitors, Brokers ... never return calls. Completely 'disappeared'
Today I've pulled the plug, after being led up the garden path rightly.
3 months of my life is gone.
