    It's a rollover quiz.

12 clips from well known 80's songs, 2 of which are new clips from songs 2 and 7 from quiz #6, but not necessarily in the same positions.

Can you get them now along with the other 10?

I think No. 5 is Paul Simon but the song is the boy in the bubble.

    is #2 Mr Mister?

  • Registered Users Posts: 686 ✭✭✭mickrourke

Well I must say that number 9 has to be Wild Wild West by The Escape Club and I think number 2 is by an American Band, can't remember the name but the chorus was "Girl I wanna take you there... Well go all the way to Heaven" . Maybe. Only maybe.

Sorry not song number 2 but song number 4..... Do I win a cuddly toy?

Well you do win something if you get all 12 of them right in one fell swoop.

Well done on getting song 9 as The Escape Club, but song 4 had already been nailed as Gregory Abbot by Wolverine_1999.

Only clips 2 and 7 to go and then on to quiz #8...

    #2 Whitesnake - Is This Love ?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,034 ✭✭✭Devon

It's not Whitesnake, but mickrourke was right when he said it was an american band if that helps...

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,013 ✭✭✭Wolverine_1999

eh, not really.. It's like saying I own a Blue car..

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,098 ✭✭✭MonkeyTennis

    Cutting Crew?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,034 ✭✭✭Devon

Not cutting crew. The lead singer broke away from the band and had some success on his own... same could be said for song 7 as well, but neither the band nor singer were/are American.

Think a little closer to home...

Well I'm stumped but I think number 2 could be Breathe - Hands to Heaven anf number 7 could be Big Audio Dynamite or Big Country. Any more hints, really, really good hints? (Before we all lose interest)

It'll have to be a roll-over quiz so. New bits from these songs added into quiz #8 somewhere. Will have it uploaded by midnight.
