Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey y'all,

What is the story with buying (paying for) .eu domains now with euinetnet for after the sunrise period? Do they try automatically register the domain as soon as they come available (april 7th) i.e. run some sort of batch register? Or do you get some sort of hold on the name now?

    Noel.

The general system seems to be that they are queued ready to be submitted to the registry as soon as registration opens on April 7th. I imagine EUInternet have something similar.

If it is for April 7th, you certainly don't get any hold on the domain name now and there is no guarantee of success. I believe most refund some of the fee if you don't get the domain. It seems to vary though so be sure to check.
