I have two of theses Audiobahn AW1251SE 12" subs And i have a box for them but what i would need some help on is can i put the in the box ar$se out if you know what i mean? Would that make them sound any worse.

Yes its fine to face them outwards.

You might slighty loose some spl unless the box was specifically made to the airspace with the subs outwards but unless your really picky you shouldnt notice a difference
