Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What do people think of this programme? I love it! It's so simple, it just works.

DUBLIN: They could have done Capital C for 2005 during cork's cluture year.

IMO they should have a show call The City and go to each city each week rather then just staying with one city. I know we have Nationwide but that often uses dublin as a base.

Also better schedule on RTE TWO after Dublin Village to take a look at the difference between Dublin now and Dublin then.

is that the programme that shows you what to do in Dublin for a night out and similar things?

if so it is rubbish and shouldnt be on the national airwaves. maybe we will get a Capital C, Capital G and Capital W aswell

I don't think that's right. It only has Dublin as its "base" very occasionally.

As much as Cork and other cities. Would be kind of undermine the name of the show If it was only dublin but then I was just stating that it uses Dublin as a base from Time to time.

Always a mistake to refer to Dublin in the title - even obliquely. Big no-no.
Something about the dreaded D-word really gets people's goat unless the user is being critical in some way.
So Mossy, you don't live in Limerick then?;)
