Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Did you install XP to another partiton, or manage to mangle it over the top of 2000? If its another partition, formatting that partition should do the trick. You will need to use the Windows 2000 disk recovery utilities to repair the boot record afterwards.

is there not something about dualbooting two versions of Windows where the boot.ini is only kept on one partition (generally the "older" of the OSes)

    http://www.goodells.net/multiboot/principles.htm

check your Win2k boot.ini and winXP boot.ini (if it exists). may have to reinstall the OS you want to keep....
