    If I caught anyone I know wearing those, I'd personally see to it that they would be seen dead in them. What happens when you get splashed by a passing bus? You'd never be allowed wear anything that shiny in a built up area anyway due to the possibility of causing numerous deaths in road traffic accidents caused by poor visibility. They should only be allowed on a cloudy day, or, better still, not at all! /contempt
