Eircom Broadband out of Contract

I signed up Eircom broadband December 2003. 1 year contract. 45 euro per month. I noticed their offer of 29.99 per month. I phoned them to take up the offer. They told me they would have to disconnect me for a month and probably would not be able to give me the offer.

I agreed a charge of 35 euro per month, that was last September, despite numerous calls they are still charging me 45 euro. It is too much trouble to change because of my e-mail addresses.

Any ideas?

How do you organise multi-room broadband, I have their old Netopia modum, no wireless
