Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Ah, back in the day....sigh...

Right, I know that these have been out of fashion for ages, but I want a pair for an event :)

I know that they can be bought online, but I have never had any success with buying trousers from online stores/ebay etc, due to crazy American sizes or whatever.

Anyone know of anywhere for definite that I could try them on & buy them in Dublin, (they used to be sold in Georges St arcade, but alas, no more :( ) or even London (or even if anyone could point me in the right direction to decent cyber goth stores in London to get something similar, help would be appreciated) as I'll be jetting over that way soon.... Anyone? Help...?

They used to be sold in that shop next to george's st arcade (at the front side of it), can't remember the name of the place though, it's not Sabotage is it?

Go to Camden Market. It's full of those kinds of shops. Just walk along the main road and you'll find anything you want really. I was shocked that place in the arcade was closed down. Was visiting some friends and one had a desire for glow sticks and things and it was gone.

    man i live in these!
ive got like, 9 pairs, haha i feel like a sadass.i dont care i love em.

i know retro in georges arcade have the odd pair hanging around, and camden market have some shops sell them.
also,Macgear are really similar to UFO .not quite as light and theyre slightly more cyber-ish.
    Ebay is your friend though.
ufos are generous with their sizes,a large fits me fine and XL is perfect for those slobbin round the house days.as for cybergoth stores in london, you must go to cyberdog.i live in their gear and the shops are always cool, also theres a few others round camden market, jupiter, the stranger and ive seen one shop sell nothing but sdl gear.

Chaos_Path, LadyLotts, and tinkerbell, thank you very much. I'm definitely going to be hitting Camden market, and I'll be sure to check out cyberdog, cheers, and tinkerbell, I totally forgot about Sabotage-I'll check out other skate stores too.

As for the sizes Chaos_Path, I generally take a size 8, and I'm really petite (5"0)...now I would be wearing them on my hips I guess, and I've no problem with taking them up...still recommend the large size? I had a pair aaaaaaaages ago, but they ended up covered in paint and going in the bin...booourns...and I can't for the life of me remember the size...:(

LadyLotts, as for glow sticks there's a shop on Liffey st where you might be able to find stuff.....I'll ask around though.

But if anyone else has any ideas, they'd still be most-est welcome :)

    cheers

    Alana
