i heard they're letting the dharma foundation build a concrete bunker/living quarters (a colony of merville) in a manhole down there, then they're gonna put a "special" computer in it and see if there are any arts students willing to push a button every 108 minutes just to save the water tower from being conquered by zoids...
that ought to get campus tv back on its feet
