    Does anyone know what I should ask for in German, for this?

    It's tile / slate clamp for an antanna

    Jeez, you don't see that kind of yoke everyday.
    I would print it out and go for: eine T-Aufdachantennenhalterung (zum unter die Ziegel klemmen).
    but I assume without the pic you'd stand no chance, really.
