Annual Return for non-trading company

    Hi,

    Does anybody know what the requirements are for annual return to companies office for a non-trading company. I know that for the first ARD, there is no requirement for accounts to be filed also but what about subsequent years

    - are p&l, balance sheet required to be submitted at ARD? They'd really be a bit dull for a non-trading company!!!

    - i exect that the company would be exempt from audit - but is an auditors report required?
