    Thanks knife_fighter.
A final questiop, what Toyota dealer would you recommend as a decent one. I got my Corolla at M&G in Rathgar and the sales part was good but not the after sales.
Strange, cos I found M&G, Milltown for BMW excellent for after sales & service and I didn't even buy my car there.

Their sales part was Ok. Although it was my first ever purchase of a new car and I had no experience in barganing, I managed to take 1300 Eu prom the original price. However, the sericing dpt was not great I must say. They did their job on each occasion but they were slow and not at all talkative (I would think that a normal procedure would be once the car was serviced that the guy who did the service, comes out and tells you what he thinks is wrong or what condition is the car. There I would speak to the receptionist who would ask for the money, give me the keys and that's it.
there are many ways of keeping a customer happy and satisfied.
