Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've been listening to some of her music and it seems really interesting. What do you think?

Love her :) And she's even better live. The new stuff is great as well. Think she's got a new album out May/June. The last album was a collection of recordings so this is her first full album?

Not quite. They cherry picked the best songs from her previous three albums - Songs, Soviet Kitsch, forget the first - for "Mary Ann....", and re- launched her over in the UK and here.

Didn't know she had an entirely new album coming out. Should be interesting to hear how she's developed considering the stuff on "Mary Ann..." is all over three years old.

Great voice, even if it's a bit too theatrical at times, and interesting compositions.

    Regina...Regina...

    What?

When is that song gonna start?

    Which song?

The song that goes like 'Da na na na na na na na'

Oh...it's gonna start in a minute.
    You just gotta wait.

    Ok
    Regina! Start it already!

It's gonna start in a second

I love Regina. Particularly Soviet Kitsch. Her ideas and composition and use of that feck-off classically trained voice of hers are so idiosynchratic. Chemo Limo is one of the best songs there is, Eye Em Oh. Didn't know there was anyone else who liked her at all. She's so obscure she probably hasn't even heard of herself...
