    Hi guys, I want to buy an External DVD-RW, but know nothing about them, so any advice on what specs to look for would be appreciated. I was looking at this. Any opinions on it, or recommendations on any others I should look at ?

    Many recommend and internal one in a housing, works out cheaper and you have the option to install later. internals are usually better quality/ out quicker than externals. why do you want external? they are piss easy to install.

    yeah that burner looks fine but the Buffer Size looks kinda low for an external drive .
