Yes my home page has the same message,was just going to ask the same question.Probably be sorted soon.

Completed a survey an hour ago and it went okay

Anyone has problems with IO today, the button where you click for survey is now grey on my side saying "Survey Service is unavailable." Never had this and am a member since Nov 2017.

I hope its not another round of "de activation for non attention"to surveys.You would have to be wary of IO now days.

I had a big gap in surveys from IO since May - around the time of the GDPR stuff. Anyway I emailed them to enquire about the lack of surveys and they reactivated the account so I'm getting the flow back now. I get more when I go to the site than when I wait for the emails to come in. If I refresh the dashboard after doing a survey and click on 'Take Survey' one or two will pop up.

REDC is still my favourite, however.

I never wait for emails, I keep the dashboard open on my phone and check a few times a day and some days I can get 4 in a day

I redeemed €50 worth of points from acumen panel on Monday and they still haven't emailed me my code for allgifts.

I have never have to wait this long before.

Anybody else waiting longer than normal?

I also redeemed 50 from them a few days ago (might have been Friday) Got my code yesterday. I'd say it's on the way.
