As part of our investigation into finding out if/why we have a speed issue, we've put speed stats at the bottom of almost every page. I suggest the inclusion of whether sig's are turned to on/off when reporting slow down, as I personally think this is what contributes to the perceived slowdown (i.e. When it's not a page generation issue).
