Think this is great for the city, not too impressed with the actual design (but I'm not an architect so I'm probably missing something) but the concept is a great one.

how long did the renovation of the cresent take? (the one they did about 4 or 5 years ago not the one they did last year)

there a diffrence tho bewteen this and the crescent, they have alot less space in this city centre one, like for the cranes and all the machinery, i can imagine it bein alot of hassle for the machines and vehicles. with the crescent they had space all around

Apropos space: where will all the potential visitors from co. cork, galwau, clare and limerick that are attracted to this new shopping centre parking their vehicles? i doubt it that they'll come by bus or train!

    IB

It's supposedly going to be linked with the carpark on Denmark street, by an over head walkway!

My Fathers not going to be too happy I reckon.

Years ago my father was forced to move out of his work place
in Lower Mallow street where they knocked everything except for the
sinking church and built Jurys Inn and the new bridge.

They made his business re-locate to Denmark street
A few years later AGAIN they decided to knock where his business was
and build the Car park near the market. and they made his business
re-locate to some ****ty yard behind/near river deep mountain high

Now they are going knocking the area again!!!!!
