Can you mute Firefox? Or bebo?

Surfing sites with background music (especially bebo :mad: ) gets very annoying if you're trying to listen to something on your PC.

Is there a way to mute all website sounds (without blocking Flash altogether with AdBlock or something...?)

If you have Adblock (which I'm sure everyone using Firefox has) then make a filter for

*.beboframe.*

And that should shut up the bebo flashboxes

If that doesn't work make a filter for

http://beboframe.com

Which should also shut the flashboxes up (you won't be able to see them at all, or hear them, it will look like an image that has been blocked with Adblock)

you could try flashblock. It sticks a play button in place of all flash items. They don't play unless you want them to, then all you have to do is click them once.
