why do i get kicked out sometimes

i log in and i get my welcome note. i write my message ( its clean) press submit and i am told i am not logged in and i cant post my message. i then f all around me and leave, it would kill me to write it again.

I have noticed this myself Its probably just your session timing out. One way to avoid it would be to go to www.boards.ie/vbulletin/ and log in there and tick the Remember Me tick box.
