Car Insurance??

Not sure where to post this so i'll post it here. Im 20 and im tryin to get drivin, im on my second provisional licence so does anyone know of an insurance company that will insure a provisional licence driver under his own name, my dad wont let me go on his insurance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
