The video is a guy & girl being held by group of men beside a car in a empty underground carpark i think, one of the men holding them captive has a deck of cards & one of the cards is in the coat pocket of the man held captive which is shown at the end of the video as they go to throw him into the water ??

anyone know what this track is called & by who ?
