    Hi

    Does anyone have website details for any company that do self certified mortgages as Im self employeed and looking into remortgaging

    You might give one of the mortgage brokers a call - they will usually have a range of lenders and be able to advise on suitable products - including self certified.

    We used one in Dublin called REA and they were pretty good.

    Most of the main mortgage brokers will arrange this type of mortgage for you.

    I am a broker and I should point to you that whilst you can self certifie the lender may add up to 1% of a loading to cover the risk, but shop around and see what you can get.

    It would be best to have trading account to support the application but not all self empolyed have these so some lenders have the option so self certifie
