I'm catering for a small party. Anyone anyone with any ideas for a simple vegetarian pasta dish that would reheat well. Any suggestions appreciated.

Roast some cherry tomatoes in the oven with garlic cloves thrown in and some olive oil, salt and pepper over the top of it. let them collapse down and soften, dont let them go black.
Mix with pasta, sprinkle liberally with parmesan and serve.
Really easy.
