Where to get free Icons to glam up a web app

I hope this is not in the wrong forum but if it is sorry, please feel free to move it. I would like to get a number of icons for a web app I am creating because I find the buttons I create in VS2005 are really boring and dull. So any suggestion would be great. Many thanks

In google image search you can specify the size of image you are interested in... if you tell it you want small images you get icons
