Instead of advertising a business it seems to be just as useful to slag-off the competition or maybe I'm just getting cynical in my old age.

Have a look at all posts, 5 at the moment, by this poster. Each one below a separate thread. Not very consistant...

As I'm going to be for the most part using the computer at home on my desk would it be better for me to buy a desktop?

The reason I do like the laptop idea is because it's mobile and I hope to go travelling at some stage soon. Realistically however this won't be for at least another year.

I got a quote for a toshiba satellite M70 169 for 1199 and a L20 173 for 825 from BMS.ie. Just wondering if anyone knows of any other Toshiba suppliers that may be cheaper?

I got the laptop because i needed it, I need it for work as of this week and am absolutely furious it's taken this long. Not to mention the fact it is brought around Ireland in a van prior to it getting to me.. grrrr...

has anyone had similar experiences with laptops direct? Or do you know if there's anywhere I can complain about them to? Obviously I will complain to them directly. I have just found them very flakey to deal with, the customer service team are pretty vague and not very helpful and overall the experience has just been horrible. If you're loooking for a laptop please do not go near them.

He does use very "shill type" language alright. As in, the uninteresing piece of backstory, the subtle "oh by the way" company reference, sometimes topped off by an explanation mark.

"So anyway, there I was being a real person with a real life which you don't give a **** about but I'd like to describe anyway, when for no particular reason it struck me that company X did a really great product for €19.99 that could really compliment that lifestyle". Except throw in "really great product" with "really **** product".

    Wow. Good find.

Incidentally, I found those posts to be very flakey. Steer clear of the service.

So anyway, there I was being a real person with a real life which you clearly give a **** about, when for no particular reason it struck me that UTVinternet was a steamy pile of cow turd, At the start they did a really great BROADBAND product for €49.99 that could really compliment lifestyle of porn and coke.

May just be a disgruntled customer....

As an aside, the site looks dodgy as hell.

How about 57 of us go into the '3' store and start discussing feedback topics? :D
