Need some Help (Not Much Time)

Im stuck on something in visual basic. Have too much stuff to do, so havn't time to figure it out. I'm sure its simple if your good at visual basic. I'v already spent too much time trying to figure it out & not gettin anywhere. So if anyone is good at vb and is looking for some easy cash just PM me!
