Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

O2 upgrade question

Just got a Nokia 3120 upgrade handset on O2 prepay.

However am swapping it for a Nokia 6210 because it fits the car kit.

In order to get the €90 upgrade credit, the O2 website needs an IMEI number.

Is the credit tied to the Nokia 3120 handset, or will it still be ok to put in the 6210 IMEI?

I got my brother a 3510i from the UK because it was cheap some time ago, and they gave him free credit without any problem, even though it was not an O2 handset, so am hoping it will be ok

jrey its fine it will work. i did it before. you just have to put the imei into the box to activate the credit.and the credit is on the sim card and nothing to do with the phone.

so, just so I do not mess this up, I put the Nokia 3120 IMEI into the box?

    Thanks for the advice

You put the 3120's IMEI in.

you put the new phone's imei in. the only reason they ask for it is so the same upgrade doesn't get used for credit twice
